CombiFilter DPF

The ECS Unikat CombiFilter is an integrated diesel particulate filter and silencer which typically removes 90% of diesel particulate (soot) from engine exhaust. The filtered soot is stored in the filter until attached to the wall-mounted regeneration station. This function is required every eight hours of engine operation.
The CombiFilter can be supplied as an On-Board regeneration system or an Off-Board regeneration system (exchange system). Our engineers can supply your choice of product at your premises.

An excellent product for the removal of black smoke (soot) from mobile equipment (construction machines) or stationary engines (such as generators). Prevents soiling of warehouses and goods. Helps employers avoid health & safety issues related to operating engines in confined areas.

Oxidation catalysts can be built into the CombiFilter outlet section or into the exhaust system prior to the CombiFilter. This will further enhance the exhaust purification by reducing hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide by around 90%.
